President, adidas North America
Zion is president of adidas North America and oversees the business in the U.S. and Canada and is responsible for driving the vision and culture. His successful history with adidas spans over 20 years and many countries including New Zealand, Germany, South Korea and Hong Kong. In August 2014, Zion moved to Portland, Ore., home to adidas North American headquarters, and joined adidas North America as the Brand Director. In June 2015, he was appointed as General Manager of adidas North America. Since November 2016, Zion Armstrong has been part of the global adidas Core Leadership Group that works closely with the adidas Executive Board. Zion is former elite athlete, having competed in the IAAF World Junior Championships and the Commonwealth Games and is a former New Zealand record holder for 400 meter hurdles. Born and raised in New Zealand, Zion is one of 10 he has six sisters and three brothers. Zion has two kids and lives in Portland, Ore.
Dale Nirvani Pfeifer
Founder and CEO, Goodworld
Dale Nirvani Pfeifer is the Founder and CEO of Goodworld. Thousands of organizations use Goodworld's software to fundraise, connect communities and power social impact movements. Goodworld was named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies and a World Changing Idea by Fast Company magazine. Dale was named New Zealand Woman of the Year in the Community Category by the Next magazine.
NZ Consul-General to Los Angeles
Jeremy is a career diplomat. His most recent assignment has been as the New Zealand Government Special Envoy for Commonwealth Trade. Jeremy has previously served as the New Zealand Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar from 2014–2018 and as the Deputy Head of Mission at the New Zealand Embassies in Saudi Arabia and Viet Nam. In New Zealand, Jeremy has undertaken a number of leadership roles, including as Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Auckland Office and Deputy Director of the Middle East and Africa Division. Prior to his time at the Foreign Ministry, Jeremy worked for five years for the Commonwealth Secretariat in London where he led work on democracy and the rule of law in Commonwealth states. Jeremy has also worked for the New Zealand Ministry of Defence on regional security policy.
Jeremy has a Master of Arts from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts from Auckland University. He has also undertaken leadership training at the London School of Economics.
Jeremy is married to Lisa and they have two children. His interests include history, travel and sports.
Divya Dhar Cohen
Product Manager, Google
Divya Dhar Cohen is the Product Manager for Google Maps at Google. Previously, she was the co-founder of Swish and P3 Foundation. Divya is a physician from University of Auckland Medical School and was awarded the Young New Zealander of the Year, Young University of Auckland Alumni of Year and Indian New Zealander of Year. She co-founded and sold her last health tech start up Seratis. Divya is a Fulbright Scholar and has an MBA/MPA from University of Pennsylvania and Harvard University.
